- Technology Needs Assessments: To
effectively determine if our East Side Adult Education Program is meeting
our Community, Business and Student needs, we must first develop sound assessment
tools to encourage feedback. Because staying ahead of changing needs in our
community is our first priority, the technology needs assessment leads our
Technology Plan.
- Community Education: A Community Survey to solicit
opinions about present courses and ideas for new course offerings was distributed
through the Schedule of Classes. This survey was mailed to 190,000
households.
- The survey is in Appendix E.
- Our Community Advisory Committee is polled one
routine basis.
- Student Survey: Administered during the WASC Survey
where students were asked about their familiarity with technology and about
what they think of how we use it on campus
- Administrator - Teacher - Staff Technology Survey:
This survey was put together to determine the Agency's technology comfort
level. With results from the survey helped the technology staff to design
in-services around what the teachers and staff requested and needed.
- See Appendix F for survey and results.
