The Leadership Team will establish a Focus on Learning Follow-up Committee with representation from the Home Groups. They will monitor the implementation and accomplishment of the Schoolwide Action Plan after the WASC Committee’s Visit in March 2004. The process will include meetings at the beginning and end of each school year to guide the work of sub-committees and the Home Groups. Progress reports on the action plan will be given to all stakeholders. The process will be ongoing in order to accomplish the objectives set out in the action plan. Implementation of the 2004 Action Plan will constitute the foundation for the next Focus on Learning Self-study.
