My Life

My name is Tuyen Truong. I'm twenty-two years old. I'm from Vietnam and speak Vietnamese. I was born in Vinh Long, a small town in Vietnam. My father is a farmer, and my mother is a seamstress. They are living in Vietnam now.

I love my parents and they love me, too. They always took care of me. My parents didn't have a lot of money, but they gave me everything I needed. When I was eleven years old, I went to middle school. Then I studied accounting and computers in college.

Now, I live in the United States with my husband. I have been married for two years, but we don't have any children yet. I just bought a new car because my husband has got a new job. We live with his parents in a big house.

My life is very happy, but I miss my parents in Vietnam very much. I'm studying English at Overfelt school. I want to study more English, and I hope to visit my parents in Vietnam next year.
